NIPPON REIT Investment Corporation has successfully acquired 380 of its own investment units in September 2024, with a total investment of 123,319,500 yen. These units were bought through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The acquisition is part of a larger buy-back plan, with a maximum of 9,000 units to be acquired by December 13, 2024.
