Nippon Prologis REIT, Inc. has announced the issuance of 3 billion yen in Green Bonds to refinance previous debt associated with Eligible Green Projects, thus reinforcing its commitment to ESG investment opportunities in the Japanese debt capital market. The bonds are unsecured, with a fixed interest rate of 0.880% per annum and a credit rating of AA+/AA. The proceeds will specifically go towards redeeming the 2nd Unsecured Investment Corporation Bonds, which were initially issued for the acquisition of five environmentally qualified properties.
