Nippon Kayaku Completes Significant Stock Buyback

Nippon Kayaku Co (JP:4272) has released an update.

Nippon Kayaku Co., Ltd. has successfully completed a stock buyback, acquiring 702,700 of its own common shares at a cost of approximately 900 million yen between September 1 and September 13, 2024. This move follows a Board of Directors resolution from May 13, 2024, which approved the purchase of up to 2.8 million shares to inject value back into the company.
