NIPPON GAS Co (JP:8174) has released an update.
Nippon Gas Co., Ltd. has completed its stock repurchase program, acquiring 1,248,400 common shares for a total of 2,999,766,250 yen between July 1st and July 31st, 2024. The buyback was executed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, following the Board of Directors’ approval on June 25th, 2024, for a maximum of 1.5 million shares or a 3.0 billion yen limit.
