Nippon Electric Glass Co., Ltd. has officially reported the repurchase of 518,000 of its common shares, amounting to 1.82 billion yen, executed over two days from July 30 to July 31, 2024. This repurchase is part of a broader buyback program authorized by the Board on July 29, 2024, which allows for the acquisition of up to 7 million shares or approximately 8.08% of the outstanding shares, with a maximum spend of 20 billion yen, to be completed by January 31, 2025.
