Nippon Electric Glass Executes Share Buyback

Nippon Electric Glass Co (JP:5214) has released an update.

Nippon Electric Glass Co., Ltd. has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 244,800 of its own common shares for a total of 839.7 million yen during the period from September 1 to September 30, 2024. This buyback is part of a broader initiative, previously resolved by the Board of Directors, to repurchase up to 7 million shares, which is 8.08% of the total outstanding shares, with an allocation of up to 20 billion yen by January 2025.
