Nippon Electric Glass Executes Share Buyback

Nippon Electric Glass Co (JP:5214) has released an update.

Nippon Electric Glass Co., Ltd. has executed a share repurchase program, buying back 2,172,900 common shares for a total cost of 7,339,677,700 yen within the month of August 2024. The repurchase is a part of a larger plan announced in July to buy up to 7 million shares, representing 8.08% of the outstanding shares, with an upper limit of 20 billion yen by January 2025.
