Nippecraft Limited announces significant boardroom changes following the retirement of Mr. Khoo Song Koon, who served as Independent Non-Executive Director. He is succeeded by Mr. Chow Wai San as the new Chairman of the Board and other committees, with Mr. Eddie Foo Toon Ee and Mr. Raymond Lam Kuo Wei also assuming new leadership roles in the board committees.
