NioBay Metals Inc. has revealed the discovery of phosphate in addition to titanium at their Foothills Project in Quebec, indicating potential for local supply amidst Ottawa’s authorization for Canadian aerospace companies to purchase Russian titanium. The confirmation of phosphate comes from re-sampled historic drill holes, enhancing the prospects of the project.
