Nio Strategic Metals has successfully closed a private placement, raising approximately $329,000 through the issuance of flow-through shares to fund exploration at its Oka and Fafnir properties in Quebec. The proceeds will be used for evaluating the presence of niobium and other critical metals. This move is part of Nio’s ongoing efforts to advance its exploration and development projects.
