Nido Education Extends Busy Bees Management Agreement

Nido Education Limited has extended its management agreement with Busy Bees Operations Pty Ltd, allowing Nido to continue managing 34 Busy Bees owned centers until June 2026. This extension aims to ensure a smooth transition for families and educators while enabling Nido to scale its operations. The deal will provide Nido with $3.4 million in gross fees in 2025, supporting its expansion strategy as it opens new centers and acquires matured ones.
