Nicola Mining Inc. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising over $1.26 million through the sale of nearly 5.5 million shares. The proceeds from this offering will fund further exploration of the company’s fully-owned New Craigmont Project, strategically located near Canada’s largest copper mine. The raised funds will support the planned geophysical survey and diamond drilling program as part of the company’s expansion strategy.
