Nicola Mining Inc. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising over $1.26 million through the sale of nearly 5.5 million shares. The proceeds from this offering will fund further exploration of the company’s fully-owned New Craigmont Project, strategically located near Canada’s largest copper mine.
