Nickelx Limited has announced an addendum to the notice for its upcoming general meeting, introducing an additional Resolution 11 that proposes the issuance of 3 million shares to Aurum Resources Limited. Shareholders who have previously submitted their original proxy forms can submit a new form to change their votes or vote on the new resolution. The meeting agenda and voting instructions have been updated accordingly, with voting exclusions statements applying to certain participants.
