NickelSearch Ltd has announced the extension of the closing date for its two-for-three non-renounceable rights issue, aimed at raising $2.13 million before costs. The offer also includes free attaching unquoted options for investors, with the new closing date set for 7 October 2024. This extension provides shareholders additional time to participate in the capital raising effort underwritten by Discovery Capital Pty Ltd.
