Nickel Creek Platinum Corp. is set to raise $0.6 million through a non-brokered private placement at $0.90 per share, with its largest shareholder, Electrum Strategic Opportunities Fund L.P., planning to invest $0.45 million. The proceeds will be utilized for general corporate purposes, and the offering is expected to close by September 26, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals and a four-month hold period.
