Nickel Creek Platinum Corp (TSE:NCP) has released an update.

Nickel Creek Platinum Corp. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, issuing 505,000 common shares at $0.90 each, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $0.45 million. The placement, exclusively acquired by the company’s largest shareholder Electrum, will channel the funds for general corporate purposes. All issued shares are subjected to a four-month holding period.
