Nickel Creek Platinum Corp. has announced a share consolidation approved by its shareholders and the Toronto Stock Exchange, which will take effect on August 19, 2024. As a result, the outstanding common shares will be consolidated on a 100-to-1 basis, reducing the total number of shares from over 508 million to approximately 5 million. The company’s trading symbols and share structure related to outstanding securities will also be adjusted accordingly.
