NGX Limited has announced the issuance of 1 million unlisted incentive options, split equally into two tranches with exercise prices of $0.30 and $0.40, expiring in 2027 and 2028 respectively. These securities, issued as an employee incentive scheme, are not intended to be quoted on the ASX. The options will be issued on June 17, 2024, marking a significant expansion of NGX’s unquoted equity securities.
