NGX Limited has announced the appointment of Peter Fox as a director effective from 1 July 2024, who currently holds no registered securities but has beneficial interests in 25,000 and 75,000 ordinary fully paid shares through Overland Corner West Pty Ltd and Devaux Superannuation Pty Ltd, respectively. The notice, which follows listing rule 3.19A.1, indicates that no direct interests in contracts related to the company were reported.
