Nexus Industrial REIT announces with deep sorrow the passing of Board Trustee Louie DiNunzio, who served since October 2021 and was esteemed for his valuable expertise in operations, finance, and governance. DiNunzio’s leadership and mentorship were integral to the company, and his absence will be profoundly felt. The company will begin the process of selecting a new Trustee to fill the vacancy.
