Nexus Industrial REIT has announced the suspension of its Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) starting July 16, 2024, due to low market unit prices leading to unfavorable dilution for unitholders. Affected unitholders will receive cash distributions instead, with the potential for the DRIP to be reinstated when market conditions become more favorable.
