Nexus Gold Corp. has announced a private placement offering of up to 20 million units at $0.02 each, aiming to raise $400,000 for general working capital. Each unit includes a share and a warrant, with the latter allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.05 within 24 months. The proceeds will not be used for investor relations or payments to related parties, and the offering is subject to regulatory approval.
