Nueva Expresión Textil, S.A. has announced the completion of their Convertible Bonds 2019 conversion, resulting in a capital increase through the issuance of 1,067,324 new shares, with trading beginning on June 5, 2024. The capital increase has effectively raised 373,563.40 euros for the company, setting its share capital at 5,528,666.464 euros, divided into 345,541,654 shares. This strategic financial move aims to bolster the company’s market presence and capital structure.
