Nueva Expresión Textil, S.A. has scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in Madrid for November 12, 2024, with the possibility of a second call on November 13 if the quorum isn’t met. The meeting will address, among other agenda items, a proposed capital increase backed by commitments from various private investors. Moreover, members of the Board and management have shown their confidence in the company’s future by expressing their intention to acquire shares in line with current regulations.
