Nueva Expresión Textil S.A., known as Nextil, has fully acquired Horizon Research Lab S.L., thereby gaining ownership of the eco-friendly ®Greendyes technology. This move aligns with Nextil’s strategic plan to bolster innovation and sustainability by offering a natural dyeing process that significantly reduces energy, water, and dye consumption. The acquisition aims to meet the rising market demand for environmentally responsible textile solutions.
