Nexteq PLC recently bought back 15,000 of its own ordinary shares at 96.00 pence each, with the intention to hold them in treasury. This has resulted in a total issued share capital of 66,539,060 Ordinary Shares and reduced the total voting rights to 64,281,488. Shareholders are advised to use this updated voting rights figure as their reference for reporting changes in share ownership.
