Nexteer Automotive Group Limited has announced changes to its board, with Mr. SHI Shiming stepping down as a non-executive Director and from the Audit and Compliance Committee on August 13, 2024, due to personal work adjustment. Mr. QIAO Kun, with over 36 years in corporate finance, will succeed him starting August 14, 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from previous senior roles within China Aviation Industry Corporation and its subsidiaries.
