iCollege Ltd. ( (AU:NXD) ) has shared an update.
NextEd Group Limited has appointed finance and strategy specialist John Campbell (Jack), founder and director of financial modelling and analytics firm Kandui Group, as a non-executive director effective 27 March 2026. The board expects his expertise in working with management teams across sectors including childcare, aged care, agribusiness, retail, property, and services to help translate strategy into sustainable corporate growth as the company focuses on long-term value creation.
The board has determined that Campbell will not be classified as an independent director because of his family relationship with existing director and substantial shareholder Angus Johnson, but maintains he will still contribute effectively to board deliberations. Further details on his experience and qualifications will be provided in the company’s next annual report and in the notice of meeting for the 2026 annual general meeting, where he will stand for election.
The most recent analyst rating on (AU:NXD) stock is a Hold with a A$0.16 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on iCollege Ltd. stock, see the AU:NXD Stock Forecast page.
