NexTech3D.AI has successfully completed the initial phase of its private placement, securing $475,000 by issuing 4.75 million units at $0.10 each. Investors received shares and warrants, with the latter allowing additional share purchases at $0.15 for two years. The funds raised are earmarked for the company’s working capital and general corporate needs.
