NextDecade Corporation will see a change in its Board of Directors as Mr. Thibaud de Préval plans to step down due to a new role at TotalEnergies. His departure is not fueled by any conflict with the company’s direction or operations. A successor, as stipulated by an agreement with Global LNG North America Corp., is expected to be named shortly, ensuring a smooth transition on the board.
