NEXTDC Limited is set to expand its financial horizons by proposing the issue of over 43 million new ordinary fully paid securities, divided between a securities purchase plan and a separate placement or issue. The securities purchase plan will potentially issue up to 11,661,808 securities, with a record date of September 9, 2024, and an issue date of October 11, 2024. Furthermore, a maximum of 32,069,971 securities is proposed for the placement or other issue, expected to be issued on September 16, 2024.
