NEXTDC Limited’s director, Mrs. Maria Leftakis, has adjusted her stake in the company by purchasing additional shares through the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) announced on September 10, 2024. The transactions, dated October 11, 2024, resulted in Mrs. Leftakis and The Leftakis Super Fund, in which she is a beneficiary, acquiring 1,763 shares each at $17.01 per share, thereby increasing their holdings to 11,617 and 35,008 ordinary shares respectively.
