Next Fifteen Communications (GB:NFG) has released an update.
Next Fifteen Communications has executed a share buyback program, purchasing 20,000 of its Ordinary 2.5p Shares at prices ranging from 780 to 805 GBp per share. The acquired shares will be cancelled, reducing the total number of shares in issue to 100,620,070, which also represents the total voting rights. Shareholders may use this information to assess changes in their holdings relative to the new total number of voting rights.
