Next-ChemX Corp has announced a delay in filing its Form 10-K (Yearly Report) for the financial period ending December 31, 2024. The delay is primarily due to the dismissal of their previous auditor, BF Borgers CPA PC, following a Securities and Exchange Commission order, and the subsequent engagement of a new auditor, Fruci & Associates. The new auditor requires additional time to complete the necessary reviews and audits, which are expected to be finished after March 31, 2025. Despite the delay, the company does not anticipate any significant changes in its financial results compared to the previous fiscal year.
