Next Fifteen Communications (GB:NFG) has released an update.
Next 15 Group plc has announced the issuance of 21,273 new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM on the London Stock Exchange as part of an RSU award for M. Booth & Associates LLC, effective 8 July 2024. This will bring the total number of Ordinary Shares in the company to 100,601,343, with none held in treasury.
