Next Fifteen Communications (GB:NFG) has released an update.
Next 15 Group plc has announced the issuance of 185,434 new ordinary shares at 2.5 pence each, in connection with their employee stock unit plans for Archetype UK and Global. These shares will be admitted to AIM and are expected to be on par with the existing shares from July 31, 2024. With this addition, the total number of ordinary shares for the company will reach 100,823,917, with none held in treasury.
