NexLiving Communities Inc. announced a positive shareholder vote, with approximately 93.5% in favor, for a transaction involving the acquisition of a 16-property, 991-unit portfolio from Devcore Group in eastern Ontario and Québec. The deal is progressing towards a Q2 2024 closure, pending final TSXV approval and other conditions. NexLiving continues its strategy of acquiring and modernizing multi-residential properties to provide affordable, high-quality housing in Canada.
