NexLiving Communities Inc. has successfully completed a major acquisition of a multi-family asset portfolio from Devcore Group, almost doubling its holdings and promising to enhance cash flow and strengthen its financial position. The acquisition brings new leadership to NexLiving’s board, with Jeffrey York appointed as Chairman and Rick Turner as Vice Chairman, while the former board members have stepped down.
