Nexion Group Ltd has requested an immediate voluntary suspension of its shares from trading on the ASX, in anticipation of a significant acquisition announcement. The suspension, which commenced on April 26, 2024, is set to conclude by May 13, 2024, or earlier upon the release of the pertinent acquisition details. The company has confirmed that there are no undisclosed reasons that would affect the granting of the suspension.
