Nex Metals Explorations Ltd has pulled out of its proposed acquisition of tenements in the Kookynie region from Iris Metals Ltd after initially offering shares and a royalty deal. The company is currently focusing on managing the Kookynie tailings project and planning an exploration program in partnership with experienced geologists and geophysicists, expected to be detailed in the near future. Meanwhile, desktop reviews of tenements for 100% ownership by Nex are underway, as per the settlement with Metalicity Ltd.
