Nex Metals Explorations Ltd has resolved a legal dispute over its Yundamindra tenements with a fine of $30,500, allowing joint venture partner Metalicity Ltd to proceed with exploration. Additionally, Nex Metals announced the post-quarter acquisition of Kookynie region tenements from Iris Metals Ltd, a deal involving over 54 million shares and a 2% Net Smelter Return royalty. This strategic acquisition is expected to further the company’s exploration and operational capabilities in the region.
