In its fiscal year 2025 earnings report, News Corporation announced a 2% increase in full-year revenues to $8.45 billion, driven by growth in its Digital Real Estate Services, Dow Jones, and Book Publishing segments. The company also reported a substantial 71% rise in net income from continuing operations, reaching $648 million.

Key highlights from the report include a 14% increase in Total Segment EBITDA to $1.42 billion and a record performance from the Dow Jones segment, which achieved $2.33 billion in revenues. The REA Group also posted record revenues of $1.25 billion, marking a 12% increase. Additionally, News Corp announced a new $1 billion stock repurchase program, indicating strong financial health and confidence in future performance.

The fourth quarter saw a modest 1% revenue increase to $2.11 billion, with net income from continuing operations rising by 28% to $86 million. Despite some challenges in the News Media and Book Publishing segments, the company maintained growth through strategic initiatives and cost-saving measures.
