NewRiver REIT PLC has successfully placed over 62 million new ordinary shares and approximately 448 thousand through the REX Retail Offer, raising a total of £50.2 million before expenses, to fund a proposed combination. The shares will rank equally with existing shares and are expected to be admitted to the London Stock Exchange on September 23, 2024. Directors and senior management participated in the placement, demonstrating their confidence in the company’s strategic direction.
