NewRiver REIT PLC anticipates the admission of 1,753,176 new Ordinary Shares to the London Stock Exchange on August 16, 2024. These shares are being issued as part of the company’s Scrip Dividend Scheme for the final dividend of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, and will be on equal footing with the existing Ordinary Shares.
