NewRiver REIT has set the scrip dividend reference price at 77.47 pence per share for the final dividend of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024. Shareholders can choose to receive additional NewRiver shares instead of a cash dividend, without incurring dealing charges or stamp duty, by making an election by July 26, 2024.
