NewRiver REIT (GB:NRR) has released an update.
NewRiver REIT PLC has declared a final dividend of 3.2 pence per share for the year ended 31 March 2024, with shareholder approval to be sought at the AGM on 5 August 2024. Shareholders have the option to receive this dividend in new ordinary shares instead of cash through the Company’s scrip dividend scheme, without incurring dealing charges or stamp duty. Elections for the scrip dividend must be made by 26 July 2024, with the shares being issued on 16 August 2024.
