NewRiver REIT (GB:NRR) has released an update.
NewRiver REIT plc has launched a retail offer to raise up to £6.7 million through the issuance of new ordinary shares, aiming to fund part of a proposed acquisition of Capital & Regional plc. The offer is open exclusively to eligible UK shareholders through the REX platform, with a minimum subscription of £50 per investor. The success of the retail offer is contingent on the completion of a separate share placing and the admission of new shares to the London Stock Exchange.
