NewPeak Metals Ltd has divested its Swedish mineral interests by selling its Finnish subsidiary, which held strategic mineral permits in Sweden, to Canadian private company 1459992 BC Ltd. The deal includes an initial share payment and a milestone payment contingent on resource estimation, aligning with NewPeak’s strategy to refocus on its core business and improve its financial position. This transaction marks NewPeak’s exit from Scandinavian ventures, as it now turns its attention to potential divestment or development of its remaining Argentinian Gold assets.
