Newlink Technology Inc. has entered a Compensation Agreement involving its subsidiary, Neusoft Yuetong, Neusoft Venture Capital, and Mr. Tian, due to a dispute over a Technology Service Contract. Mr. Tian and Neusoft Venture Capital will compensate Neusoft Yuetong with RMB4,634,067.94 to cover potential losses. This transaction is considered a connected transaction under the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
