Newfoundland Discovery Corp has entered into a settlement agreement with Planet X Exploration Services Ltd, effectively transferring its mineral claims on the Rodger’s Cove Property in exchange for a debt release of $477,770.50. The Canadian mining exploration company, known for its lithium prospects and precious metal projects, continues to focus on mineral asset development in key Canadian mining districts.
